Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the services provided by Saez Automation LLC ("Saez Automation", "we", "us"), a limited liability company organised in the State of Florida. By purchasing or using the service you agree to them.

1. What the service is

Saez Automation configures and operates an automated lead-response system on your behalf. When an enquiry reaches a channel you have connected, the system generates a written reply using an AI model, sends it from an email account you have authorised, and records the enquiry and reply to a spreadsheet you control.

2. What the service is not

The service does not guarantee that any lead will convert, respond, or be satisfied with a reply. It is not a customer-relationship management system, a call-answering service, or a substitute for your own judgement about your customers.

Appointment scheduling is not included in the Response tier. The Response + Scheduling tier is under development and its scheduling functionality is not available. Where that tier is offered, it is offered on an early-access basis with no committed delivery date.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate information about your business — the services you offer, your service area, and how you wish to be represented. Replies are generated from what you tell us.
  • Authorise only email accounts you have the right to send from.
  • Review the automation's output during setup and tell us promptly if something is wrong.
  • Use the service only for lawful communication with people who have genuinely contacted your business. The service must not be used for unsolicited bulk email.

4. AI-generated content

Replies are generated by an AI language model. The system is instructed not to invent prices, availability, guarantees, or services you have not listed, and to defer to a human where it lacks information. We test this behaviour before your automation goes live.

Even so, AI-generated text can be wrong. You remain responsible for communications sent from your business's email address. Every reply is logged so you can review what was sent. If you find an error, tell us and we will adjust the configuration.

5. Fees & billing

Fees are as shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. Subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly plans each month, annual plans each year — through Stripe. Payment is by card; no other payment method is currently supported.

Cancellation, and what happens to fees on cancellation, are governed entirely by Section 6 below. This section does not state a separate rule and must not be read as creating one.

We may change our fees. If we do, we will give you notice before the change takes effect for your subscription, and you may cancel under Section 6 if you do not wish to continue.

6. Cancellation

This section is the sole and controlling statement of our cancellation and refund policy. Where any other document, page, or communication appears to describe it differently, this section governs.

  • You may cancel at any time. No notice period is required, and no written notice, phone call, or explanation is required.
  • Cancellation is self-serve through the Stripe customer portal.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your service continues until then, and you are not billed again.
  • There are no refunds for partial billing periods. Cancelling part-way through a period does not entitle you to a refund of that period, whether billed monthly or annually.

We may cancel or suspend the service if you breach these terms, particularly Section 3.

7. Third-party services

The service depends on third-party providers, including Anthropic (AI model), Make.com (automation), Google (email and spreadsheets), and Stripe (payments). Their availability is outside our control, and an interruption at one of them may interrupt your service. See our privacy policy for how data reaches them.

8. Availability

We do not offer a service-level agreement or an uptime guarantee. This is a small business and we would rather say so than promise a number we cannot enforce against our own suppliers.

9. Your data

You retain ownership of your business information and of the lead data that passes through the service. Our handling of it is described in the privacy policy. On cancellation, the spreadsheet log remains in your own Google account.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saez Automation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be communicated by email to active clients before they take effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
