Two tiers. One is finished.
Response is live and working today. Response + Scheduling is still being built, so it is sold as early access — not as something you can switch on this afternoon.
Response
$297 /month
or $2,970/year — two months free
- AI answers every inbound lead by email — within seconds from your website form, within 15 minutes from your inbox
- Works for both written channels — your website form and email to your inbox
- Replies written in your business's voice and services
- Asks for a phone number when the lead didn't leave one
- Every lead and reply logged to a Google Sheet you own
- Set up and tested for your business before it goes live
- Support direct from the person who built it, by email
Annual sign-up goes through a short conversation first — a year upfront is worth one.

Response + Scheduling
$497 /month
or $4,970/year — two months free
- Everything in Response
- Appointment booking on top of the reply — not built yet
- Requires a page I built — even a single one (from $250)
The scheduling half of this tier is still being designed. It has no release date. You can join the early-access list and you will be told honestly when it is ready — but you should not buy this expecting booking to work today.
Booking needs somewhere to live, and it only works properly on a page I built and can maintain. If your current site is fine, that can be a single booking page — you do not need a new website.
Join the early-access listAdd-on: a website that answers
No usable website yet? I build one — around the same lead form the automation answers. It is not a brochure: someone fills in your form at 9pm and gets a real reply in seconds, from day one. It can be added to any of our automation plans, and it is only sold alongside one, because a website whose inquiries go unanswered is the exact problem this business exists to fix.
Below is what each package actually looks like — two example businesses, so you are judging the work, not taking our word for it. Every build is custom to the business it is for: your logo, your colours, your photos, your services, your words, your pages. These two share the same proven bones, and as you can see, they don't share a look.
One honest note: the examples carry logos I drew for them, but no photographs — they are fictional businesses, so there is nothing real to photograph, and I won't dress a demo in stock photos. Your build ships with your real photos throughout; collecting them is the first step of the project.
Starter — $600 one-time
Three pages: Home, Services, and Contact with the lead form. For a business that needs to exist online, properly. At our $250-a-page rate this would be $750; the set saves you $150.
Example build — a fictional business, shown so you can judge the work. Yours is built around your business: your colours, your services, your words.
Standard — $1,000 one-time
Five pages: everything in Starter — including the lead form the automation answers — plus an About page and one more of your choice, shown here as a page for the service this example business most wants to sell. At our $250-a-page rate this would be $1,250; the set saves you $250.
Example build — a fictional business. Five pages instead of three, and the extra page goes wherever your business needs it most.
How the page math works: pages are $250 each. The two packages are fixed sets at a better rate — the template bones behind them are already built and proven, so the saving is real, not theatrics. A different shape (four pages, six pages) is priced at the page rate, and pages added after launch are $250 each too — deciding up front is genuinely the better deal.
Two rounds of revisions are included before launch. After that, choose how the site is looked after:
- $49/month — I keep it running. Hosting is included, small changes are included, and if anything breaks it is ours to fix, not something you have to notice and chase. Most months you will not think about your website at all, which is the point.
- Own the files. The site is yours to host and hand to anyone. If you want a change from me later, it is a flat $95 per request — no hourly surprises.
Worth thinking about before you choose: hours change, a service gets added, a photo needs swapping. Two or three of those in a year already costs more than the monthly — before anything has actually gone wrong.
What you provide before the clock starts
Your site goes live within two weeks of my receiving everything below — the clock starts when the last item arrives, not when you sign:
- Photos — every image you want used, as original files
- Descriptions — every service you offer, in your words. Every one: the automation will only ever promise what is on this list
- Hours and contact details — opening hours, the phone number and email to publish, and your service area
- Your domain — registered in your own name, on your own card (about $12/year; I walk you through it). It is your business's address and it should never be hostage to any vendor, including me
Logo design and copywriting are not included — if you need them, I quote them separately rather than absorbing them into a price that pretends they are free.
Tell me what you have now — sometimes the answer is that your existing site just needs its form wired up, which is included in setup and costs nothing extra. I will say so if that is the case.
Billing, plainly
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Cancelling is self-serve through the Stripe customer portal — no phone call, no written notice, no retention conversation. Your service continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do you refund partial periods?
No. There are no refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month you keep access until that month ends, and you are not charged again. I would rather say that plainly here than bury it in the terms.
How do I pay?
Card, through Stripe. That is the only payment method currently supported.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No minimum term. It is month to month unless you choose annual.
What happens after I pay?
I set your automation up personally — connecting your email, writing the reply instructions around your services and service area, and testing it end to end before it handles a single real lead. Setup is done by a person, not a wizard.
Can I move from Response to Response + Scheduling later?
That is the intention, but since the scheduling tier isn't finished there is no upgrade process to describe yet. When it exists, it will be documented here.
Not sure yet?
Send an inquiry through the form and read what comes back. It is the same automation a client gets.
