About

One person, in Central Florida.

Saez Automation is Jared Saez. No team, no call centre, no investors — which is the point. The person who sets up your automation is the person who answers when you need it changed.

Who runs it, and why

I'm Jared Saez, a Central Florida native. I live and work in Lake County and work with businesses across the area — these are the businesses I grew up around.

The idea came from the other side of the form. Friends and family kept telling me about businesses they had tried to reach — a question they thought of at nine at night, or a form filled in on a lunch break because there was no chance to call during the day. Days would pass, and what they took from the silence wasn't they're busy. It was they don't want my business.

That is almost never true. The business was on a roof, or under a car, or with a patient. But the customer cannot see that — they only see the silence, so they move on and reach out to someone else. This closes that gap: a real answer while they are still thinking about the problem, so nobody has to guess whether they mattered.

What it actually runs on

No black box. When a lead arrives, an AI model writes a reply using the services, service area and tone you have given it. That reply sends from your own email address, and the lead and the reply are both written to a Google Sheet that belongs to you — not to me. If you ever stop working with me, the record of every conversation stays with you.

The AI is told what your business does and instructed to refuse anything outside it. It will not invent a price, promise a time slot, or claim you offer something you don't. When it doesn't know, it says a person will follow up. And it tells your customer in its first sentence that it is an automated reply, because pretending otherwise would be the fastest way to embarrass you.

What it hasn't done yet

Saez Automation launched in 2026 and is taking on its first clients now. You will not find a wall of logos or testimonials here, because there isn't one yet and inventing one would tell you everything you need to know about how the rest of it is run.

What that means in practice: you get me directly, and more attention than you would be given by an established vendor. It also means the honest answer to some questions is "not yet" — appointment booking is still being built, and nothing here answers phone calls. Those are written plainly on the pricing page rather than discovered after you have paid.

How to reach me

Email hello@saezautomation.com and I will answer it myself, usually the same business day. There is no ticket queue and no support tier — see contact.
